At Sequoia Travel, we respect your privacy and provide simple ways to manage your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.
Log in to your account, go to Settings > Profile, and use the 'Delete Account' option. This will permanently remove your profile, bookings history, and personal information from our active databases.
Send an email to our support team at support@sequoiatravel.com with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'. Please include the email address associated with your account.
Upon a successful deletion request, we remove your name, email, phone number, saved favorites, and chat history. Some transactional data may be retained for a limited period as required by law for accounting and tax purposes.
